      Hi doctor.
It will be more easy for me if know your present educational state (year of mbbs).
In general, Post interns who are preparing for neet pg/aiims they find upsc cms a bit easy to crack as it contains partial syllabus (Preventive medicine+general medicine+pediatrics+general surgery+OBG). Though the questions look simple, most of them are tricky and conceptual. You will realize it if you solve last year question papers.
We have published free solved upsc cms papers in our site. Go through them thoroughly.
There are no coaching institutes as of now which are exclusively offering those five subjects. UPSC MEDICO is planning to start a batch in 2022.
If you are exclusively preparing for upsc cms and not into neet pg coaching, you need to go through question banks specific to those five subjects mentioned above. Repeat percentage is high, so do solve all old papers (last five years).
      All the best

Plan A/B/C differs only in the duration of access. Content is the same (120+hours of video lectures). If you plan for 40 hours a month (at least an hour+ a day) you can easily finish the course in 3 months.

It’s too early to be thinking in lines of the UPSC exam, 6 years ahead. For now, focus on mbbs basics in 1st and 2nd MBBS, then begin your medical sciences optional preparation from 3rd MBBS. It doesnt make any difference, if it is NEET PG or NEXT (Qualifying), at the end of the day you need to build medical concepts to crack these (including Board Theory exams). So, enjoy the process of learning medicine. There is an unneccessary panic created by coaching institutes in the name of NEXT, to fill up foundation batches starting from FIRST MBBS (It’s their marketing strategy) DONT FALL PREY FOR IT. With regards to UPSC General studies preparation, start making a habit of daily news paper reading. And also work on commmunication skills, participate actively in college extracurricular activities, learn administrative skills, develop empathy towards society, debate and question yourself. UPCS exam is in a way is a test of the personality too. Make wise use of available time. ALL THE BEST.
